What is Pre-K Counts?
Pre-K Counts is a state-funded preschool program designed to give children a strong start before kindergarten. The program focuses on early learning, social skills, and school readiness, all at no cost to qualifying families.
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility is based on family income and other factors. If you’re unsure, we encourage you to apply—we’re happy to help determine eligibility!

Program Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30
- Location: Latrobe / Blairsville
- Cost: FREE for qualifying families
- Meals/Snacks: Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily.
- Before/After Care: Wrap-around care is available before and after program hours for families who need extended care.

Step 2: Submit required documents (income, birth certificate, proof of PA residency)
